1. Collector reference

CardReactor provides catalog, image, checklist, discovery and market-reference information for trading-card collectors. Content is provided for general informational purposes.

2. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep records accurate, but trading-card catalogs are large and continually changing. CardReactor does not guarantee that every record, image, price, link, classification or description is complete, current or error-free. Features and records may be corrected, added, removed or reorganized at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may use CardReactor for normal personal and research use. You may not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious traffic, or use automated access in a way that materially degrades the site or violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property and third-party rights

CardReactor's software, site design, organization, original text, branding and first-party features are protected by applicable rights. Trading-card designs, team marks, player publicity rights, manufacturer names, grading-company marks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-party services and affiliate links

CardReactor may link to marketplaces, data providers and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, transactions or policies. Some marketplace links may be affiliate links that can generate a commission for CardReactor.

6. No investment or appraisal advice

Prices, listings, historical sales and related market information are reference data only. They are not a professional appraisal, investment recommendation or guarantee of a card's present or future value.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardReactor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the site and reliance on catalog or market information is at your own discretion.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
